1. Services

Marka and Distinkt offer sustainable consultancy for best operational practices of environmental, cultural, and social sustainability.

2. Engagement

• Commences upon acceptance of our proposal.
• Services delivered with professionalism and care.
• Client provides necessary information and access.

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees outlined in proposal/agreement.
• Payment terms specified; invoices due to be paid digitally via ‘Stripe’.
• Payment required on a yearly upfront basis.

4. Intellectual Property

• Rights to deliverables remain with the consultancy unless otherwise agreed.
• Client granted non-exclusive license for intended use.

5. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential.
• Obligation continues after engagement ends.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for services.

7. Termination

• Either party can terminate upon written notice for material breach.
• Client pays for services rendered until termination.
• Termination applies to both Marka and Distinkts services.

8. Governing Law

• This contract is governed within the laws of England.
• Disputes must be resolved within 31 days.
• The client is liable for caused legal costs.

9. Amendments

• Any changes require written agreement from both parties.

10. Entire Agreement

Terms and conditions, constitute the entire understanding between parties.

By engaging with Distinkt and Markas consultancy services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
